Our sweet beagle recently had emergency surgery, and I can't say enough good things about the team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about both our dog and our family. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and provided excellent care during a very stressful and scary time time. We are incredibly grateful for the skill, kindness, and dedication of the doctors and staff. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our girl!

Dr. Bell and staff helped us with the unexpected passing of our beloved dog Theodore. They handled everything with care. Dr. Bell was excellent in explaining diagnosis and options with empathy and compassion. I appreciate they way we got to say good bye to our friend.

I love this clinic. They always are friendly/quick in the front at the reception area. The doctors always take great care of our animals. We have had all 3 of our dogs seen here. It’s the only Emergency Animal Service I would trust in Reno. Thank you for all you do here!
