⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This office and its staff are amazing!! After a crappy experience the week prior at Bergin Animal Clinic leaving us with non returned phone calls and no follow up care, we were on the search for someone who could see us. We called on a Friday morning and this office was able to take us within a few hours! We brought our senior dog in and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The vet was incredibly thorough and diligent with all the testing, making sure we fully understood everything that was going on with our pup. They were kind, sincere, and genuine, and kept us informed and involved every step of the way. The entire staff was caring and compassionate, which meant so much to us during a stressful time. We felt completely supported and confident in the care our dog was receiving. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that truly cares, Dr. Austin with Elko Veterinary Clinic is the place. We’re so grateful and will definitely be back! They even called us the very next business day to follow up and check on our boy Marco!

Elko Veterinary Clinic was amazing. We had an emergency where our puppy got into some mouse poison. They are open on the weekends, and when nobody in Winnemucca answered their emergency lines or even bothered to call back, we ended up contacting them. They were kind and compassionate. Coached us on a few things to do, as we headed their way. They kept her overnight for observation and toxicity flushing. We were able to pick her up the next evening. They even called two days later to see how she was doing and ask how her blood work went at our home vet. as we needed to monitor for delayed rising of calcium toxicity. Would highly recommended to anyone. Elko is lucky to have you!
