The vet who saw my dog was wonderful and provided great care. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist was very disappointing. I was almost overcharged by nearly $200, and when I questioned my bill, I was told to “listen 🤏🏻” in a very rude and dismissive manner. In the end, the billing issue was actually incorrect on their end. While we were there, I also overheard issues involving medication and billing mistakes with other clients over the phone. On top of that, multiple people walked in and were not greeted at all while the receptionist simply stood there. I understand mistakes can happen, but professionalism, communication, and basic customer service are extremely important, especially in a veterinary office.
