Dr Barbara helped us with our aging female cat. Very professional and caring. Her staff is tops.

I brought my Dog in with Parvo and they gave him antibiotic shots but didn't give him the shots in front of me or my wife, these were supposed to help strengthen his immune system. Then instead of being honest and telling us we should have put him down because he was suffering she had us buy more antibiotics from her. He passed within the same day. The bedside manner of the veterinarian was atrocious as well, no console or comfort just very cold I understand she's been a very for over 40 years but a softer expression would have made a big difference in easing our minds. I'm not even sure he got the antibiotics she gave him because we couldn't see. I'm not sure what the regular procedure for it is here in nye county but I'm used to being able to be involved with my pets health at the vet.

I called to get quotes upon new puppy vaccines and an exam and the lady was so rude and talk to me like I was stupid I will not be going here with my new puppy that's for sure if that's how they're going to treat me without even knowing me
