Talk about misery! Are the people who work here actually human! The woman we delt with was miserable and an empty shell. Really feel bad for her!

Just a reminder to the new vets out of school who work there. Listen to the owners do not in the lobby pretty much tell them they are liers about a bug that they have dealt with for years.. as they are a thing. I will not be back ..cannit post the photo but i guess it looks like a bad skin affliction that needs antibiotics lol happens every year and vets should look it up and believe the owners .. horrible experience .. Remember its that time of year... gnats 😡.They love the grass and low lying areas where your dog always is when they are outside. You want to buy a repellent with Picaridin preferably 20 percent NOT DEET! I prefer lotion because most dogs freak out when you spray them. If they do get bit rub them down with benadryl cream (mostly safe if ingested from licking) if they get lethargic or sick which can happen if they get bit too much then contact me or your Vet for further advise. Have fun out there!!

My friend came there recently and unfortunately had to deal with the tech Christine J. She was EXTREAMLY unprofessional and unfriendly. she dismissed my friend and made her feel horrible about her pet as she was in there and made sure she knew that she had NO clue about any sort of veterinary things. i’ve never met someone so rude and disrespectful and am appalled at the fact that an office can hire someone with such personal issues especially when brought into the work place. this is very sad seeing as it’s a good establishment with great employees. you can tell she tries to run the place. again very saddening seeing this office employes people like her.

Very good care for exotics! They’ve taken excellent care of my mischief of rats—a neuter, X-rays and antibiotics for URIs, weight and well checks.
