Poor service and attention. I’m Care Club member and I always paid my membership on time, and any extra if necessary in case is needed, I don’t get anything for free. Today I had an appointment for wellness and vaccines of my dog at 11am and I was there on time. Besides I was passed to the room quickly, it took for almost an hour to have someone to come and start checking on my dog, one hour waiting in there!!! She made the normal question, she checked on the services my dog need and confirmed the vaccines and wellness check she left saying would come back with everything … She took another 20 min!!! Another 20 min just to tell me she wouldn’t be able to do anything just because my Care Club membership will renew few days before the due date of the vaccines (despite a got a notification from the app that those vaccines were already due and the reason why I booked my appointment) she just apologised to me saying she would have checked on my membership first… So she offered me to do the vaccines but out of my pocket, or re booked the appointment after my membership gets renewed… This is just unnecessary and unacceptable, having me waiting there for over 1 hour just for nothing and only saying “sorry”… I do pay all my bills and I don’t get anything for free to be treated like this… Of course if pisses me off this situation, very poor service and attention. I saw couple of people with their dogs came in after me and being attended and leaving before…

They take great care of our Australian Shepherd dog, who has a penchant for getting into veterinary trouble (not to mention our two felines). We have 100% faith in them to help us make the right decisions for the furriest members of the family.
